Glenwood House offers a comprehensive programme of sport and coaching. We cater for as many sports and teams as possible, thereby affording the maximum number of pupils the opportunity to participate.

Recognised sports at the school include hockey, netball, rugby, cricket, swimming, water polo, tennis, golf, chess, biathlon, equestrian and sailing.

Physical education also forms an integral part of the curriculum for all grades.

Glenwood has all the facilities it currently requires, including rugby, cricket and hockey fields (mini-astro) as well as tennis and netball courts, a heated swimming pool, athletics and cross country, an indoor cricket practice facility and our very own golf driving range.

The school has an established touring culture from Grade 5 upwards.
